Shiiiiiit. Vendy Awards Day. Gave myself a massive pass on the Paleo for the day. Ate too many things to enumerate, so I’ll just say I had 5 beers throughout the day, and let the pictures speak for the rest. Delicious.
Breakfast: Smoothie: 4 organic eggs, almond butter, blueberries, baby romaine, cinnamon & vanilla.
Lunch: Salad from Chelsea Market. Mixed greens, 2 servings of tuna, broccoli, green peppers, green olives, celery, carrots, tomatoes, sprouts, olive oil.
Preworkout: 1 banana.
Postworkout: Smoothie: 6 organic egg whites, 1 banana, 1/2 cup frozen pineapple.
Dinner: Ate at Radegast. Veal schnitzel (didn’t know what schnitzel was before I ordered it, and I couldn’t really avoid eating the breading), arugula salad, pickles.

Dinner: mexican-style beef, avocado, tomato, lettuce , peppers
