&lt;p&gt;Lunch: Salad from Chelsea Market.  Mixed greens, 2 servings of tuna, broccoli, green peppers, green olives, celery, carrots, tomatoes, sprouts, olive oil.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Preworkout: 1 banana.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Postworkout: Smoothie: 6 organic egg whites, 1 banana, 1/2 cup frozen pineapple.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Pre-workout: 1 organic banana&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Post-workout: Smoothie: 6 organic egg whites, 1 banana, 1/2 cup frozen mango.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dinner: Indian delivery.  Tandoori chicken, lamb curry, &amp; okra in a tomato/onion/grease sauce.  Also had 2 small sweet potatoes with 1 tsp of nutella on them.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Finally hit up the gym tonight after 10 days away.  Shameful showing.  After a week and a half of sleeping 5-6 hour nights and not eating anywhere near enough, I’ve lost 2 pounds, and I definitely felt weak and winded far too quickly tonight.  Thankfully the hectic period is hopefully over, as I really need to get back on track.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;9/17/2010:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dinner: organic grass-fed T-bone steak, 1 org. carrot, 2 org. celery sticks, org. broccoli.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;&lt;p&gt;9/18/2010:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Up until 5 the night before; woke up at 10 to pick up a farm delivery, had breakfast and then went to sleep until 3pm.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Breakfast: smoothie: 4 organic eggs, 3/4 cup org. blueberries, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1/2 cup org. strawberries, 1/2 cup org. broccoli, 1 tsp cocoa powder &amp;amp; vanilla.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dinner: Ate out at Miss Favela in w&amp;#8217;burg.  brazilian sausage, salad w/ lettuce, tomatoes, &amp;amp; hearts of palm.  Permitted myself 4 of the french fries that came with the sausage.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 cup of organic trail mix (almonds, raisins, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds) after dinner snacking.&lt;/p&gt;

9/19/2010:
&lt;p&gt;Up until 5 again the night before. Woke up at noon.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Breakfast: smoothie, same as always.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dinner: Ate out at Fatty Cue in w&amp;#8217;burg.  Shared lamb ribs, beef brisket, cucumber salad, &amp;amp; a wild greens salad.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Had 1/4 pint of Haagen-Daas mango sorbet afterward.&lt;/p&gt;
